Common Use

The main component of Silagra is Sildenafil, which enhances the response to sexual stimulation by relaxing smooth muscles and increasing blood flow to the penis, leading to an erection. It treats erectile dysfunction and pulmonary arterial hypertension, and may have other uses.

Dosage and Direction
