General Use

Contraindications

Dose adjustment is necessary when this medication is combined with other erectile dysfunction medications, certain antifungal drugs such as itraconazole or ketoconazole, macrolide antibiotics such as clarithromycin or erythromycin, other antibiotics such as erythromycin, ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox), indinavir (Crixivan), and ritonavir (Norvir), medications for high blood pressure, or HIV protease inhibitors such as indinavir (Crixivan) and ritonavir (Norvir).

Missed Dose

Take as needed. A missed dose is not applicable.

Overdose

Seek professional medical help immediately if you experience severe chest pain, fainting, prolonged erection, dizziness, persistent vision changes, or persistent back or muscle pain.

Storage

Store in a dry, well-closed container, protected from sunlight at room temperature between 68-77 °F (20-25 °C), out of reach of children and pets.
